Once answered by our receptionists, the caller can either be re-directed to another external number of your choice or forwarded to your in-house personalised voicemail box where a message will be left for you to access at your convenience. NB Diverted calls are charged at standard BT rate, for the section of the call between the point of divert and destination. Dedicated Number Directed Straight to Voicemail or Divert This service provides you with a dedicated line that can be automatically re-directed to your in-house personalised voicemail box where a message will be left for you to access at your convenience. Alternatively, your calls can be automatically re-directed to an external number of your choice.
